1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website flonetx.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site.

floNET X ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless floNET X, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district where floNET X is established (the Netherlands). However, we retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
